Project Outcomes

The outcomes of the DECViP project include testing the practical aspects of using ECVET. The final outcome is a Practical Guide to ECVET, “Make It Count”. This Guide has been developed based upon the testing carried out by the project team.

The testing has included reviewing the templates for the Memorandum of Understanding and Learning Agreement developed by the European Commission, and testing how they can be used and filled in in the case of a “theoretical” mobility setting.

The project has created two fictional learners, “Maija” from Finland and “Darren” from the UK. You can view the project-specific Memorandum of Understanding developed by partners Sedu and VTCT in cooperation with Highbury College (a VTCT training centre in the UK) as well as the Learning Agreements for "Maija" and "Darren" here:

“Maija’s” Learning Agreement is also part of the ECVET Toolkit.

“Make It Count” offers practical advice, guidance and tips on ECVET for mobility. The guide continues to follow Maija and Darren, and uses the documents produced for them to illustrate in a practical manner the steps for using ECVET.
